Returns: Exchanges & Store Credit Only
Returns for in-store purchases are allowed 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Online purchases are allowed 20 days from the date of purchase. If 20 days have gone by since purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase and tags must be attached. If you bought your item “new with tags,” those need to be attached, along with the Mercy Beaucoup tag, in order for your return to be eligible.
Any item without its original tags, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non-returnable.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after purchase is also non-returnable.
To return your product, either return in store or you can mail your product to: Mercy Beaucoup Resale Boutique, 1545 N. Wells St., Chicago, IL 60610. If you have an issue please email Lynn Spaeth for instructions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for payment. We also accept cash for in store purchase. No checks or American Express.
