Mercy Beaucoup’s inventory is generously donated by those wishing to support Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, and we never buy or consign. We ask that clothing be freshly laundered or dry cleaned, and that everything is in very good to excellent condition.
Please donate items in a bag we can keep and drop off during store hours. Please don’t leave donations at the door when the store is closed. We’ll gladly provide an in-kind donation receipt for tax purposes.
Donations can also be dropped off any time at Mercy Home’s West Loop Campus, 1140 W. Jackson Blvd, Chicago, IL 60607. We ask that especially large or shipped donations be sent to this address.
Items that we accept include:
- Apparel, shoes, and boots
- Handbags and wallets
- Sunglasses, ties, and belts
- Fine and costume jewelry and watches
- Scarves, hats, and gloves
- Baby and children’s clothing
- Fine silver, crystal, and collectibles
Unfortunately, we cannot accept:
- Fake designer handbags and accessories
- Promotional or swag apparel
- Sleepwear and lingerie
- Undergarments and socks
- Bathing suits without original tags
- Bedding, towels, and pillows
- Books, movies, and CDs
- Appliances and electronics
- Cookware and dishes
- Furniture
To expedite drop-off, please bring your pre-washed, undamaged items in a bag that we can keep. Donations can be dropped off anytime during business hours.
