Where is Mercy Beaucoup located?

Mercy Beaucoup is located at 1545 N. Wells Street, just south of North Avenue in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood. We’re on the garden level, downstairs from the State Street Barber Shop.

What Will I find at Mercy Beaucoup?

We carry very gently used men’s and women’s apparel and accessories for all ages and all price points. Our boutique is warm, inviting, and well-organized, and our friendly and knowledgeable staff is happy to assist. Some of our inventory is brand new with original price tags, and we even get new merchandise donated from traditional retailers.

How often do you get new inventory?

We refresh our inventory weekly. It’s best to stop in often for the best possible selection.

Do you ever have sales or promotions?

Yes! Markdowns are done monthly, and we have seasonal sales and clearances. Please join our mailing list so we can keep you informed.

Do you ever buy or consign?

Everything is donated and 100 percent of each sale directly benefits Mercy Home for Boys & Girls. Donating is rewarding and easy!

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept cash as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Unfortunately, we don’t accept mobile payments at this time.

Is parking available?

There’s metered street parking in front of the store, as well as a valet parking lot across the street for a fee.

What’s the Return Policy?

All sales are final.

What are the store hours?

Mercy Beaucoup is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11-7, Thursdays and Fridays from 11-6, Saturdays from 10-6, and Sundays from 11-5. We’re closed on Mondays and on all major holidays.
